Who we are

Data we collect

When you use the order or enquiry form we collect:

Your full name
Your email address
Which simulator you use (MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024 or both)
The reason for your message
Your PayPal name or email, if you give it
Anything you write in the message box

When you pay, PayPal processes your payment and shares your name, email and payment details with us. We never see your card or bank details. If you accept cookies, Microsoft Clarity collects information about how you use the site (see below).

Lawful basis

We use your details to send you the download you've paid for (contract), to answer your questions (legitimate interests), and to keep payment records (legal obligation). We only use Microsoft Clarity analytics with your consent.

How we use and store your data

We use your details to send your download link, reply to your messages and give support with the scenery. General enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Payment records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires (normally six years). Your data is stored securely and is never sold.

We won't send you marketing emails unless you ask us to. If you do receive update news and want it to stop, reply to any email or contact us and we'll remove you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it.
